Our unique online system allows you to track the progress of your order. You can do this by logging into your account with your username and password and clicking on Order History. Then click on the relevant order you want to track. Details of the status of your order are shown at the bottom of the order.

Using five simple stages:

Placed: Our system has acknowledged your order and details of the order have been passed onto our team.
Processing: Our team has viewed your order, are awaiting or processing your payment.
Dispatched: The order has been dispatched via courier or Royal Mail.
Completed: After 2-3 days from dispatch your status will be changed to completed. If this not the case then please contact us and we shall query into the cause of the delay.
Cancelled: If we do not receive payment or currently out of stock we shall contact you directly (via email or phone), and advise you of the cancellation. Alternatively you may also wish to cancel part or all of the order, then please contact us as soon as possible.
